Minor surface dirt, slightly rubbed, reverse with coloured paper remnants where removed from an album, otherwise fairly bright. Ticket number (115) written in ink to head.
The second year of the public breakfast, the first year appears to have been addressed by Sir Peter Laurie, whose speech was published in 1843.
