Good+ Three volumes in six – Volume One – [2], xxxvii, [1], 446pp; Volume Two – [5], 450-1127pp, [1]; Volume Three – [4], ix, [1], 698pp; Volume Four – [5], 700-1131pp, [1]; Volume Five – [4], xxi, [1], 550pp and Volume Six – [5], 552-1171pp, [81], 2pp. Uniform, slightly later, straight grain morocco, raised bands, spines in six panels, author and title in gilt to second panel, volume and part number to fourth, remaining panels with oval central device, covers with thick and thin double fillet border surrounding an interlaced greek key and dot roll, single fillet to edges, roll to inner edges, a.e.g., shell pattern marbled endpapers. Slightly rubbed to extremities, outer joints a little rubbed, especially to volumes two and three, corners slightly bumped. Internally a hint of browning to text, scuff to fore-edge margin with small amount of loss (not affecting text) to the last leaf of index in volume six, otherwise quite bright and clean.
