Slightly rubbed, top edge of text block dust stained, occasional spots of foxing, a few pencilled notes to margins, previous owners name to and address to ffep, but generally fairly clean.

Seems to be a first edition of 1922, but the adverts are dated 1941, and though no further reprint information is given, it seems unlikely, though not impossible, they were still issuing the first edition sheets nearly twenty years afterwards to be bound up with later adverts
