Creased from old folds, couple of small tears to sides of central crease, small patch of discolouring to top right hand corner, but generally fairly bright and clean.
Advertising the sale of a pub and outhouses, and two cottages in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire. The Hextall’s appear in the BBTI as late as 1851, William Hextall (presuming he is the W.) seems to have been apprenticed to J.G. Brown of London, being free in 1826, then a printer, bookseller and bookbinder in Leicester (Ramsden, page 89), before setting up in Ashby around 1835
