With the printed signature of Earl Russell to foot, ink signature of ?Kilmore to head, and the signature of the bearer, Adam Robertson to foot, issued for him (and his unnamed wife), to travel “on the Continent”

Adam Robertson was from Alnwick, and was a wine merchant, a local politician who donated a drinking fountain to the town, and a freemason
