Later rebacked, with original back strip laid on, endpapers likely replaced. Slightly chipped to outer joints, minor rubbing to extremities, text lightly browned and occasionally creased, scrape to front pastedown with resulting loss of endpaper, former owner’s name to head of title, but generally fairly clean. Lacking the engraved frontispiece
